Server Support

ISL provides fast and reliable Server support services. We offer troubleshooting, repair, guaranteed fix or replace support for HP, Dell, IBM and Fujitsu Siemens servers. We support tower servers, rack servers & blade servers. We can manage any onsite or return to base manufacturers’ server warranties on your behalf.

We provide a dedicated telephone help desk service to give you immediate access to an IT professional to enable a quick diagnosis and server fix or to escalate for an onsite engineer call out. As we document the set up of every server we support our IT professionals can respond quickly to a server problem. This detailed knowledge also means we can provide full-time support in the event of illness or holiday cover.
