Server Support

ISL provides fast and reliable Server support services for small and medium sized businesses. These services are available remotely or on site or as a combined service as required.

We offer installation, setup, troubleshooting, repair, guaranteed fix or replace support for HP, Dell, IBM and Fujitsu Siemens Servers. We support tower servers, rack servers & blade servers, and offer the following server hardware & software support options:

ISL place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we can offer loan units to get you back up and working.

Our Server support services are fast and reliable with the following service options:

Optional call to fix response times

  • 4 Hour Call-to-Fix
  • 6 Hour Call-to-Fix
  • 8 Hour Call-to-Fix
  • Other options available on request

Hours of Cover Options

  • 8.30 to 17.30 Monday to Friday (excluding public and bank holidays)
  • Other options available on request

Our team of qualified and accredited engineers provide either an on-site repair or the loan of equipment to restore server system functionality. We can also manage any onsite or return to base manufacturers’ server warranties on our client’s behalf.
